At The Sleepr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward refund process.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused or gently used condition.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Items purchased during promotional sales are eligible for refund under the same 30-day policy. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request to speed up the refund process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days and we will notify you via email of the result.
Refund, return, or exchange requests are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the order with The Sleepr. The Sleepr may grant extensions to this period for special cases and products at its discretion.
You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the order has already been shipped or delivered, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request.
Some products have special conditions for returns as described in the order or product materials delivered ("Product Terms"). Please read them carefully before making a request with The Sleepr. In case of any inconsistency between this Refund Policy and the Product Terms, this Refund Policy will prevail. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the issue is due to a The Sleepr error — in that case, please contact us and make a formal request.
